Overlay Art & Culture Festival is a fusion festival experience at the center of the Venn Diagram. Where East meets West and North meets South, Overlay is a 2 Day Midwest-based event celebrating the integrations of visual art, live music, technology and the sub culture that connects them.
Overlay is a 501c3 Non Profit Organization working to elevate arts & entertainment in the midwest region through our bespoke festival event, private commissions via our Partnership Program, and pop up entertainment activations.
